Parking Options

The space will be vacuumed, swept, cleaned, and ready for use.

Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchenette, and entrance.

Two all-gender bathrooms will be stocked with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Garbage cans will have new linings installed.

Hand sanitizer is available on request.

Overtime

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time within your original booking to avoid extra charges.

Cleaning

Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Please respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Place all decor, food etc in trash bags. We will remove trash.

Please note there is absolutely No Smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flame allowed on the property.

No food or drink is allowed inside The Nest besides water.

Music/Loud Noise

This space is located above therapy offices, so please be respectful of our neighbors.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

• $50/hour (minimum 2 hours)

• $180 1/2 day (4 hours)

• $350 full day (8 hours)

Overtime fee: 1.5 x hourly rate ($150) charged in 30-minute increments.

*No discount is applied to overtime fees for Collective members.
